We are Ningbo Chuangxin Cutting-Tool Manufacture Co., Ltd., a razor and utility knife factory in Yuyao, Ningbo, China, producing since 1993 under the VIVAC brand. Our catalogue carries more than 300 razor types built on single-layer through six-layer blade platforms, and disposable razors for women form one of the largest families in it. As a Disposable Razor for Women manufacturer, we design each model around the areas women actually shave — underarm, bikini line, legs and facial hair — using compact heads, controlled blade exposure and skin-contact components selected for the order.
The plant covers more than 20 acres with a 20,000 m² production area, 30 injection moulding machines and 20 production lines, and a daily output capacity of 2 million razor units. That base supports supermarket private label, hotel amenity programmes, pharmacy and drugstore brands, travel and salon packs, and distributor ranges across roughly 100 export markets.
The family runs from a single-blade sensitive shaver to triple-blade models with flexible heads and lubricating strips. Blade count, head geometry, handle moulding and packaging separate the SKUs, and the shaving face is tuned per model rather than copied across the range.

Where a reusable programme suits the account better, our Women's System Razor line applies the same blade and coating approach to a replaceable cartridge. The Environmentally Friendly Razor range covers wheat-straw handle constructions for markets moving away from single-use plastics.
Blade exposure, head width and the spacing between blade edges are the variables we set per model, because they decide how a razor tracks curved areas such as the knee, ankle and bikini line. A CX-T01 plastic triple-blade disposable razor for women and a single-blade sensitive shaver can share a handle family yet behave very differently on the same skin.
Blades are formed from stainless steel selected for corrosion resistance. Depending on the model and destination market, we add a nickel-chromium electroplated layer as a dense barrier against air and moisture, follow it with chemical passivation, and apply anti-rust oil during production so the edge stays protected until the razor is opened.
Hygiene is treated as a process, not a final check: controlled production areas, sealed packaging and batch handling that keeps blade edges away from handling contamination before dispatch.
| Configuration option | What we adjust | What it decides |
|---|---|---|
| Blade quantity | One, two or three blades per head, with higher counts available across the wider razor catalogue | Closeness of cut, contact feel and pack price point |
| Blade steel | Standard stainless steel or Swedish stainless steel (CX-T02) | Corrosion resistance and edge retention for humid markets |
| Head and handle | Fixed, straight, curved or pivoting head; compact or full-width; grip finish | Suitability for facial detail versus leg and bikini shaving |
| Colour and logo | Handle colour, cap and card print, brand mark placement | Shelf identity for private label, VIVAC or distributor brands |
| Lubricating strip | Plain, aloe-type or additive strip with antibacterial positioning | Comfort and hygiene claims supported by the pack |
| Packaging | Blister, poly bag, hotel sachet, dispenser box or custom carton | Retail channel, amenity kit format and shipping cube |
Production runs under a standardised ISO quality management system with a dedicated inspection team covering incoming materials, injection moulding, assembly and finished goods. CE, ISO 9001, BSCI, FDA, MDR, REACH, ROHS and EC REP documentation is held across the razor programmes and released with the shipment where the destination market requires it.
Orders are tracked through raw material procurement, injection moulding, assembly and packaging, with progress updates and assembly photographs at each stage so ocean freight can be booked in advance. Samples and parcel volumes move through FedEx, UPS and DHL, and DDP quotations are available on request.
With those inputs we return a model selection, a working sample matched to the chosen blade and strip configuration, and a quotation built around the confirmed specification.
The women's range covers single-blade, twin-blade and triple-blade models, with flexible-head versions where the account needs closer glide. Our wider razor catalogue extends to four-, five- and six-layer blade platforms for other personal-care programmes.
Yes. Blade quantity, handle plastic and colour, logo, lubricating strip and packaging are all configurable. We supply VIVAC-branded goods and full private-label programmes with the same production lines and inspection process.
MOQ is set per item and rises for customised and special-specification products. Samples ship in 1–5 working days, standard bulk orders in about 15 working days and full container orders in about 25 working days, with roughly 15 extra working days when new packaging has to be produced.
Stainless steel blades are combined with a nickel-chromium electroplated layer, chemical passivation and anti-rust oil so the edge resists oxidation before use. Silver-ion and plant-extract additives in the lubricating strip, antibacterial shell compounds and tight sealing support the hygiene side of the pack.
CE, ISO 9001, BSCI, FDA, MDR, REACH, ROHS and EC REP documentation is held for the razor lines. Product information and test reports are released with the batch where the destination market requires them.
We produce disposable razors and multi-purpose utility knives in the same plant, and we can source matching accessories and complementary goods so a private-label or amenity programme ships as one consolidated order.
