Most complaints about standard utility knives trace back to the same few weak points. The CX-707 is built specifically around fixing each one.

Three segments load directly into the housing, so a dulled edge is swapped for a fresh one in seconds — no stopping mid-job to dig through a toolbox for a replacement blade.

The ABS/PS/PP body is paired with TPR grip sections that absorb shock and resist slipping, easing the palm fatigue that sets in with hard, thin plastic handles over a long shift.

The 18mm width gives the blade enough rigidity to resist flexing into dense material, where a thinner, low-rigidity blade would bend instead of cutting straight through.

A firm lock keeps the blade fixed at the chosen extension mid-cut and allows full retraction for safe storage between tasks.
As the direct manufacturer, we provide extensive customization options to help you create a differentiated product for your market.
Full color matching across the ABS/PS/PP body and TPR grip zones. Standard stock includes black, orange, blue, and gray. Custom colors available for bulk orders.
Full-color printing on blister card, hang-tag, or bulk carton packaging. Structural design support available for private-label programs.
Handle imprinting or pad printing on the body, with brand design support for wrapper and outer packaging. Minimum quantities vary by method.
Not every job needs this much blade. These are the settings where the wider steel, auto storage, and reinforced grip make the clearest difference — and who typically reaches for it.

Warehouse and receiving staff break down dozens of multi-layer cartons per shift, where edge retention and fast blade swaps matter more than anything else. A blade that starts dragging by the fifteenth carton turns a fast job into a slow one — this demands an edge that stays sharp across volume, and a fast way to swap it when it doesn't.

Renovation contractors score and snap drywall, cut insulation, and trim plastic sheeting all day — work that's repetitive and dust-heavy, with the knife picked up and set down constantly. This demands a blade rigid enough to resist flexing, and a grip that holds up to all-day handling.

Flooring installers and maintenance crews rely on long, continuous cuts through vinyl and underlay, where a blade that wanders even slightly leaves a visible gap at the wall line. This demands a wide blade that tracks straight over a long, uninterrupted pass, and a grip that still feels fine by the last task of the day.
The auto storage chamber is only useful if the swap is fast and safe. Here's the sequence.
Slide the blade fully back into the housing before touching the release.
Open the blade-change mechanism to access the current and stored segments.
Snap off the dulled segment along its scored line, away from your hand.
Feed the next stored segment forward and re-lock the housing securely.
Wrap the snapped-off tip and dispose of it in a puncture-resistant container.
Matching the tool to the material avoids both wasted cuts and wasted money on the wrong knife.
— Multi-layer corrugated cardboard
— Vinyl flooring and foam underlay
— Drywall and insulation board
— Rope, strapping, and heavy tape
— Rubber matting and dense foam
— Thin paper or fine card stock
— Detailed, curved craft cutting
— Delicate fabric or textile trimming
— Small adhesive labels and stickers
Utility knives are versatile and can cut paper, cardstock, vinyl, foam board, fabric, and other soft materials. Some heavy-duty utility knives can also cut carpet, corrugated packaging, and shrink wrap. Note that the blade is relatively brittle and not suited for cutting metal, stone, or extremely hard materials.
Utility knife blades are typically segmented with pre-scored lines. When the tip becomes dull, simply snap off the worn segment along the scored line to reveal a fresh, sharp edge and keep cutting. Individually replaceable blades are also available for separate purchase.
Look for a retractable blade that fully retracts into the handle after use; an auto-lock or auto-retract function to prevent the blade from slipping out accidentally during cutting; a non-slip handle for better control while cutting; and a blade sheath to protect the blade during storage and prevent accidental injury.
