The CX90 is a 9mm light-duty utility knife. While it can handle single-layer corrugated cardboard, it is not recommended for heavy multi-layer shipping boxes. For heavy-duty box cutting, we recommend using an 18mm knife like the CX68 or CX201.
What should I do when the blade gets dull?
Utility knife blades are segmented with pre-scored lines. When the tip becomes dull, simply snap off the worn segment along the scored line to reveal a fresh, sharp edge and keep cutting.
